Who is responsible

I, Lewis Brisco, operate this personal professional portfolio and am responsible for its use of personal data. You can email me about privacy or make a data-protection complaint. If the email control is unavailable, contact me through LinkedIn.

Site delivery and security

Vercel Inc. hosts and secures this site. When you visit, Vercel processes technical information such as your IP address, requested page, time, browser and device information to deliver and protect the site. I rely on my legitimate interests in operating a reliable, secure portfolio. Routine runtime logs are available to me for no more than 1 hour. Limited operational and security data may be kept by Vercel for as long as needed to operate and secure its service.

Analytics and performance

Vercel Inc. provides Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which run only after you choose Allow. Vercel processes page URLs, broad location and device information, and browser performance measurements to provide aggregate reports. I rely on your consent. Your choice is valid for 180 days and is removed on your next visit after it expires, or sooner if you change it or clear this site's storage.

A short-lived visitor identifier is discarded within 24 hours. Traffic reports are available to me for up to 1 month and performance reports for up to 7 days. Limited operational data may be kept by the provider for as long as needed to operate and secure its service.

You can withdraw consent at any time. This stops future measurement but does not undo earlier lawful processing.

LB AI

When you use LB AI, Vercel Inc. runs the server function and OpenRouter, Inc. routes the AI request to an eligible zero-data-retention inference provider. These providers process your message, recent conversation and limited technical information to generate a reply and prevent abuse. I rely on my legitimate interests in answering a question you choose to ask while keeping the service secure.

LB AI is configured to use only zero-data-retention inference endpoints. The selected inference provider processes message content to generate a response but is not permitted under that endpoint's zero-data-retention policy to retain the prompt or response after processing. OpenRouter may retain limited request metadata, such as the model used, token counts, latency and cost, but input and output content is not intentionally logged by LB AI. The conversation remains in your browser for the current page session.

A temporary IP-based rate-limit record is active for exactly 60 seconds. It is then unable to affect later requests and is deleted when another chat request reaches that function instance or when the instance is discarded. Do not send sensitive, confidential or another person's personal information.

Replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. LB AI does not make legal or similarly significant decisions about you.

Email

The contact link opens your own email application. If you email me, an email provider processes your address, message and subsequent correspondence. I use that information to reply, relying on my legitimate interests in handling an enquiry you initiate. I delete routine enquiry correspondence no later than 12 months after the last message.

Recipients and international processing

The named service providers are:

• Vercel Inc., for hosting, security, server functions, consent-based analytics and performance measurement.
• OpenRouter, Inc., for routing LB AI requests to an eligible zero-data-retention inference provider. The selected inference provider may change between requests depending on availability, reliability, performance and the providers eligible under LB AI's zero-data-retention requirements..

Some processing may take place outside the UK. Vercel is a US company and participates in the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. OpenRouter may route an LB AI request to different zero-data-retention inference providers in different countries. Zero data retention controls whether message content is retained after inference; it does not guarantee that processing takes place in the UK.

Where personal data is transferred internationally, the transfer is subject to the legal protections applicable to the relevant provider and destination. These may include UK adequacy regulations or contractual safeguards. You can contact me for further information about the providers and safeguards relevant to this processing.

Your right to object

You may object at any time to processing based on my legitimate interests. I will consider your objection and stop the processing unless I have a lawful reason to continue. Email me to object.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, receive certain data in a portable form, or withdraw analytics consent.

I respond to rights requests within one calendar month unless a lawful extension applies. If you make a data-protection complaint, I will acknowledge it within 30 days, investigate it appropriately, keep you informed where necessary and provide an outcome without undue delay.
